1. Statutory Compliance and Regulations

LBRegistrations is a registered number plate supplier with the DVLA. All registration plates supplied by us are manufactured to the British Standard (BS AU 145e).

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

The registration number must be displayed correctly in accordance with the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001.

We are legally required to see original documents to verify your identity and entitlement to the registration mark before plates can be released.

2. "Show Plates" and Personalisation

We strictly provide plates for road-legal use. If you request a custom "Show Plate" (non-standard spacing, tinted backgrounds, or unauthorized fonts):

Liability: These plates are sold for "off-road" or "decorative" use only. LBRegistrations accepts no responsibility for any fines, points, or MOT failures incurred if these plates are used on public highways.

Legality: Altering the spacing or characters of a registration mark is a criminal offense.

3. Proof of Entitlement

Under the RNPS scheme, we must record the following before a sale is finalised:

Proof of Identity: (e.g., Driving License, Passport, or Utility Bill).

Proof of Entitlement: (e.g., V5C Logbook, V750 Certificate, or V778 Retention Document).

4. Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, number plates are a highly personalised, bespoke product.

Once manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product is faulty or an error was made on our part.
